Murchison Falls delivers Uganda's most complete short safari. Morning game drives across the Buligi tracks bring lions, elephants, giraffes and huge buffalo herds; an afternoon cruise up the Victoria Nile ends beneath the spray of the falls themselves; and a guided hike to the top puts the river's full violence at your feet.
Drive north with a rhino-tracking stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary — the only place in Uganda to see wild rhino on foot. Cross the Nile and check in.
